The present document of Amnesty International concerns incidents of arbitrary arrest and unlawful detention in Kosovo by Kosovo Force (KFOR) personnel from the international military force in Kosovo. Amnesty states that this happened in blatant contravention of domestic and international law and standards. Amnesty International refers to the Basic Principles on the Role of Lawyers in discussing several cases of arrest.
