The present report concerns a mission to Indonesia undertaken from 15 to 24 July 2002 by the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers. In his report the Special Rapporteur also addresses issues related to the prosecutors and the legal profession. The Special Rapporteur calls for reform by a comprehensive master plan, encompassing the entire administration of justice system and identifying a coordinated structure.
